Founder and Managing Partner
Scott Swope leads the firm and all of the product strategy and product marketing engagements. He has 20 years of technology and management experience focused on the communications, financial services, retail, and technology industry segments. Prior to C2B Suite, Scott led a $200M portfolio focused on the Machine Learning, NLU, Decisioning and CRM segment(s). Prior to Convergys, Scott designed the portfolio roadmap, managed strategic customer accounts, led analyst briefings and served as Product Strategy Director for the Siebel CRM Service product set at Oracle.
Andy Smolenski brings over 30 years of experience in product management, business development, and sales consulting to his work with organizations of all sizes - from startups to the Fortune Global 500. With a background in software development, Andy can translate customer requests to dev requirements and ensure your developers are building the highest value features first. Andy’s winning record of launching new products and opening new markets was built on his ongoing obsession with successful customer implementations. To complete the circle, Andy often works with business development teams, direct sales teams, and partner channel groups to elevate conversations from feature comparison to product value and ROI. Ultimately, Andy’s mission is to help your team demonstrate product value efficiently and effectively - 10 out of 10 times that means stable and predictable growth.
Scott Fratianne is a product strategist, marketing and business development leader with a proven ability to identify, develop and market innovative products and services. Scott brings over 25 years of experience working for global Fortune 500 companies and hyper-growth startups. Scott is successful in creating highly motivated organizations and relationships focused on establishing new products, markets and channels. Scott has a strong background in market analysis, product management, build / buy / partner analysis, P&L management, product marketing, strategic partnerships and channel development.
Fred is a Partner at C2B Suite, and also the CFO and COO of the largest independently owned broker dealer in Texas. Among his strategic planning duties, Fred analyzes the impact of Fintech products, evaluates their efficacy and participates in subsequent negotiations. While at CSB Suite, Fred works extensively with data mining platforms including the incorporation and utilization of NLU models to optimize results. Building on his experience as an analyst, Fred transitioned into hedge fund portfolio management where he oversees daily investment strategies and execution.
Steve is the CTO and Lead Architect at C2B Suite, and has an extensive background in real-time decisioning, analytics, self-service, assisted service and contact center technologies - including large scale system architecture and design, system integration with billing and CRM applications, cloud and on-premise deployments, complex business rule development, and inter-system state management. Steve holds over 15 patents representing a wide variety of technology advancements in web, mobile and machine learning applications as well as a comprehensive background in intellectual property protection.
Project Manager / Business Analyst
Michi brings over 15 years experience in Project Management, Strategic Business Analyst and Customer Success roles. Specializing in bridging communications between the Client, Product, and Engineering Teams, she has managed projects and programs as diverse as stop-frame puppetry on feature films, through to bespoke CRM systems for the Ministry of Defence. Prior to joining C2B Suite, Michi founded and managed a production company, consulting small charities through to Fortune 500 Companies, on Implementation Strategy, Schedules and Budgets, optimising Value/ROI and maximising profitability.
Aaron Patrick Doherty
Aaron is a demand generation and customer acquisition expert with over 10 years experience driving business value through digital media. He has lead B2B and B2C customer acquisition strategies for local, regional and national brands, working closely with teams at Facebook, Twitter, and Google to develop and test innovative ad products. Recognized in 2017 as a top Account Based Marketing professional and honored by Google in 2018 for substantive search marketing recovery within a core client, Aaron is always looking for new ways to innovate and push the envelope in digital marketing. Aaron is currently VP of Marketing for Herrmann International.
Alton Martin, a pioneer in the field of contact center performance optimization, and an expert in customer care in a dynamic environment, was the founder of COPC. Alton is an investor at C2B Suite, and represents the company as a thought leader in emerging enterprise contact center best practices. Alton is currently Co-CEO/Co-Founder of Trusource Labs.
Roger brings over 20 years of global contact center operations and telephony experience. He is a recognized expert in designing and implementing contact center solutions that measurably increase efficiency while lowering overall operating costs. Prior to joining C2B Suite’s advisory board, he held senior positions at SPOT, Cedar Valley Concepts, and Apple. While at Apple, Roger was a senior leader for AppleCare Contact Center Technologies where he spearheaded the development and implementation of the infrastructure for Apple’s global contact centers.
